Miraflores
Miraflores

It is one of the most emblematic neighborhoods of the city of Lima. Among the many options that this district puts at your disposal, you can visit:
- Huaca Pucllana. An archaeological site from the 5th century where you can appreciate the remains of a pyramid.
- Kennedy Park. The central park of the neighborhood and meeting point. You can enjoy a pleasant and picturesque walk among its flowers and trees.
- Larcomar. An ideal place to appreciate the views of the Pacific Ocean. In its vicinity you can find different art galleries, fashion shops and restaurants.
- Park of love. Located in the area of the boardwalk, in this park you can see the coast from a privileged point. In the central area of the park there is a sculpture of a couple "El Beso" by Víctor Delfín.

Lima offers all lovers of nature infinite plans, enjoy unparalleled experiences in places of dreams.
- Pachacámac Islands, also known as the Cavillaca Islands, are located in front of the Pachacámac sanctuary and constitute the habitat of numerous species of seabirds.
- Galapagos Island or Chuncho Island. A natural attraction formed by 13 islands. Discover Tortuga Bay on Santa Cruz Island, a paradisiacal beach with white sands and turquoise waters, called in this way, as it is an important nesting site for the black turtle. Visit the Island of San Cristóbal and observe the sea lions or enjoy the La Escalera Natural Viewpoint in Bartolomé Island. There are many options!
- Pantanos de Villa. In a protected natural area of 396 hectares and declared as a Reserved Zone in 1989 with the intention of conserving the flora and fauna of the place in this area classified as a subtropical dried desert.

The historic center is a cultural reference, where you will find manor squares, colonial mansions and more than 600 historical monuments.
- Basilica de La Merced. Its rich ornamentation of its façade in baroque Churrigueresque style of Lima stands out.
- Plaza Mayor. Considered one of the most beautiful square in Latin America.
- Church and Convent of San Francisco. A construction designed in 1546 to house the Franciscan Order of the Twelve Apostles. Its library and cloister are a must, as well as its catacombs, a place that functioned as a cemetery in colonial times, reaching up to 25,000 people.
- Cathedral of Lima. In it you can see true historical jewels, such as the choir stalls of Baltasar Noguera, various side altars and the remains of Francisco Pizarro. In addition, you can visit the Museum of Religious Art.
